By accessing and using the Lollies Essence Candle website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Products and Pricing

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

Shipping

We ship via UPS and USPS. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (up to 7 during high volume periods). Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. A free fragrance sample is included with every order. For full shipping details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original condition with original receipt. Please contact us before initiating a return. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Discounted items are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Lollies Essence Candle and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

When you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
