We ship all orders via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Standard Delivery
5–7 business days after processing. Flat rate $5.99, or FREE on orders of $50 or more.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Lollies Essence products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our return policy:
- Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt
- Items must be in original condition with original receipt
- Please contact us before initiating a return
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
